Tinubu appoints chairman, members for Christian pilgrims board


On Wednesday, President Bola Tinubu sanctioned the appointment of nine individuals to serve on the board of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrims Commission. This information was conveyed by Ajuri Ngelale, Tinubu's Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, through a statement titled 'President Tinubu appoints new board of Nigerian Christian Pilgrims Commission.'


The newly appointed members include Colonel Aloche Adole as the Chairman, Dr. Stephen Adegbite as the Secretary, Mrs. Omowumi Ogunlola as a Member representing the South West, Clement Nweke as a Member representing the South East, and Prince Wosu as a Member representing the South South.


Additionally, the appointees comprise Prof. Joseph Mamman as a Member representing the North West, Dr. Toma Ragnjiya as a Member representing the North East, Dr. Simon Dolly as a Member representing the North Central, and Raphael Nwankwo, who will represent the Christian Association of Nigeria.


Ngelale conveyed that President Tinubu urged the new appointees to view their roles as an opportunity to serve the nation and to fully commit themselves to this significant purpose.
